Prayer for Your Wife
Petition for Her
Praying for you wife is one of the most powerful things you can do for her.
Yielding your heart to God in prayer aligns your will with His will, your desires with His desires.
When we pray for our wives we are inviting God to enact His will on our marriages.
Prayer requires humility. It will keep our hearts softened toward her and mindful of her needs.
Start prayer for her by thanking God for her, then lift up her needs and ask God to protect her.

And the Holy Spirit helps us in our weakness. For example, we don’t know what God wants us to pray for. But the Holy Spirit prays for us with groanings that cannot be expressed in words.

16 Always be joyful. 17 Never stop praying. 18 Be thankful in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you who belong to Christ Jesus.

13 Are any of you suffering hardships? You should pray. Are any of you happy? You should sing praises. 14 Are any of you sick? You should call for the elders of the church to come and pray over you, anointing you with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 Such a prayer offered in faith will heal the sick, and the Lord will make you well. And if you have committed any sins, you will be forgiven.
16 Confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results.

For we are not fighting against flesh-and-blood enemies, but against evil rulers and authorities of the unseen world, against mighty powers in this dark world, and against evil spirits in the heavenly places.
